1. How much can I buy a gift card for?

Any amount between $20 - $500

2. Is there a fee to purchase a gift card?

There is a $2 fee for every card that is purchased.

3. Where can I purchase the WMG Style Card?

The card can be purchased only at The Mall at Greece Ridge, Eastview and The Marketplace Mall.

4. Where is the card Redeemable?

The card can be redeemed at participating retailers that accept credit cards at the following locations: The Mall at Greece Ridge, Eastview, The Marketplace Mall, Pittsford Plaza and Park Point at RIT.

5. Can my gift card be replaced if lost or stolen?

In most cases gift cards can be replaced when lost or stolen, provided that the cardholder is able to provide enough information about the original transaction, such as the original purchase receipt.

6. Is there a fee to replace a lost, stolen, or damaged card?

There is a $2 fee to replace a lost, stolen or damaged card, provided that the cardholder is able to provide enough information about the original transaction, such as the original purchase receipt.

7. How can I check my gift card balance?

Gift card balances can be checked by (1) calling the automated balance inquiry line listed on the back of the gift card, (2) calling the live Merchant Support line listed on the back of the gift card, or (3) by visiting www.getmybalance.com. (4) The mall customer service center. (4) balance will appear on some merchant receipts after a purchase.

8. Do the gift card funds expire?

No, the gift card funds never expire. However, beginning after 12 months of non-use, an "Account Maintenance Fee" of $2.00 will be debited each month from the card, until the remaining balance is used or the balance reaches zero. Please refer to the Card Agreement Terms and Conditions provided with the gift card for more information.

9. Can the gift cards be reloaded with additional funds?

No, the shopping center gift cards are not reloadable.

10. How do merchants accept the gift cards?

Merchants will need to accept the gift card in the same way they accept credit card payments.

11. Can I use the gift card to make a purchase that is more than the gift card balance?

Yes, but you will need to know the exact balance on your gift card. When a purchase amount is more than the gift card balance, merchants are trained to follow their "split tender procedures." Another form of payment will need to be accepted for the difference between the purchase amount and the amount on the gift card.

12. Can I use multiple gift cards to make a purchase at a store?

In most cases, yes, assuming the merchant is able to accept more than one credit card per transaction. If so, then the merchant will need to follow their "spit tender procedures to process the multiple gift cards. If assistance is needed, the merchant should call the StoreFinancial Merchant Support Line, listed on the back of the gift card, to be walked through the process.

13. Can merchandise returns be issued back onto the gift cards?

Merchants are trained to follow their merchandise return policy. For some stores this means that an "in-store credit" will be issued to the customer. Other stores may credit the gift card in the amount of the return. Any credit returns that are posted to the gift card will take 3-5 business days to credit back to the gift card.

Additional Services available at Customer Service:
 
Gift-wrapping - various boxes and wrapping available.  Average prices range between $2 and $10.
 
Wheelchairs - manual wheelchairs are complimentary
Strollers - infant strollers and single strollers are available at a rental fee of $2.50.   Double strollers are available for a rental fee of $4.00.
Electronic scooters - are available for a rental fee of $1 for the first two hours and $1 for each additional hour.
 
All wheelchairs, strollers and electronic scooters are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  No reservations are taken. All customers wishing to rent one of these items must leave a valid photo I.D. at the customer service center while the item is in use.
 
The Customer Service Center is located in the Macy's Court.  Enter via the North Mall Entrance for strollers & wheelchairs.
